Court Example

This article was good in that it explained the history of the issue the supreme court case was taking up - namely the juvenile death penalty. The author quoted the justices often and said the consequenses of the decision (72 people in 12 states will be taken off death row). Going back to decisions in the 80's and the whole overview aspect of the article is nice for people who haven't been keeping up with this issue. What it fails to completely describe is the case that brought the matter to the supreme court this time around. I suppose this isn't too neccessary to the decision or previous decisions, but I'm still kind of curious.
