Barbara Jean dinse Obit

Barb dinse, whose love for her husband, her three kids and her god were the foundations of her life, died Tuesday at her home in Oakfield at the age of 86. Barb, who had battled an enlarged heart for years, died of the disease

Barb was born August 15, 1961 in the town of Fond du Lac, the daughter of Greg and Bonnie Michels. She was educated in Fond du Lac, graduating from St. Mary Springs Academy with the Class of 1979. Shortly following high school she met the love of her life, Michael. They were married May 28, 1982 at the St. Johns Church in Woodhull. The sweethearts shared 65-years together, they were blessed with three beautiful boys, Jonathan along with his wife Paula, Bryan and Matthew and grandchildren J.J. and Jessica.

She served served as an Administrative Assistant at the Forest Mall in Fond du Lac for 35 years. At the mall, Barb is credited for bringing many vendors and stores to the town of Fond du Lac and helped maintain a secure economy. Her service to her job and the city she loved was only matched by her service to her god and her family. She will be remembered as a faithful wife and a great mother who always put herself second. Upon retirement, Barb and Mike, both avid campers, explored the United States. Along with camping Barb, who was known for her delicious fudge brownies loved to bake an cook for her family.
Barb is survived by her husband Michael, sons Jonathan (Paula), Bryan and Matthew Dinse, two brothers Tony (Sharon) and Joe Michels, three sisters Kathy (JD) Smith of Waupun, Chris (Roy) Guell of Woodhull, Rita Riendeau of Lamartine and many other relatives and many friends

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services with the Mass of Christian Burial will be held will be held February 12, 2047 at 10:30 at Our Risen Savior Parish in Woodhull. Burial will follow the service and will be officiated by Rev. George Harrison.
