Enterprise article

I am doing my enterprise article on the Yellow Dog Watershed Preserve in Marquette, MI. Kennecott Mining and Exploration Company are sulfide mining in a very pristine area in the Upper Pennisula and there is an huge outcry against the the mine. Sulfide mining unlike iron mining is very dangerous to the enviroment. I will be contacting the president of The Eagle Alliance( a non-profit organization heading the stop on the mining) Gail Griffith. Kennecott is on record with the EPA as being the #1 generator of toxic materials in the United States. I will also contact Michigan Rep. Steve Adamini and Sen. Mike Prusi. I will also try to contact someone from Kennecott to hear both sides of the story and for more info.
